The Opportunity
Entertainment group Warner Bros. exhibit annually at Brand Licensing Europe.
This flagship exhibition offers them the opportunity to showcase their character brands, bring regional offices together, meet with clients and create new commercial partnerships.
The Brief
Brand Licensing Europe is a colourful, noisy and competitive exhibition.
Our task is to capture attention from across the room and draw attendees into the Warner Bros. stand where commercial conversations can take place away from the distractions of the main exhibition hall.
In addition to their primary exhibiting space, Warner Bros. need a private meeting and product room where exclusive pre-launch products can be displayed. A space that enables high level conversations to take place with confidence and discretion.

The Solution
Suspended high-level branding captures attendees attention as soon as they enter the exhibition hall. Utilising light boxes, showcase display units and video walls the stand design is informed by the branded Warner Bros. graphics and products.
These layered units provide a dual function, creating an attractive outer shell for the stand and acting as a barrier from the busy exhibition environment to allow attendees into a free-flowing interior meeting area.
The style and design is carried through to the separate private meeting room to provide Warner Bros. with a cohesive brand presence throughout.
