Oracle Communications Mobile World Congress 2019
With over 107,000 attendees and 2400 exhibitors, Mobile World Congress is one of the world’s top technology events.
Located alongside well-established household brands such as Nokia, Vodafone and Seat, Oracle Communications requires a stand that dominates and attracts positive attention.
White Space Creative have an experienced capability of delivering this requirement year on year, within budget and schedule.
Oracle’s MWC stand must fulfil two objectives.
Firstly, to comfortably host a high number of pre-booked meetings, for which a dedicated catering service must be facilitated.
The second is to showcase the brand and products to new customers, offering a free flowing and welcoming demonstration area.
Consideration to these two differing requirements, creating meeting spaces that offered conversational privacy and managed the demands of hospitality and ongoing marketing throughout were critical to delivering a successful event.
A full height, single story steel structure imposed on the event space, dominating the eye line of attendees. Our graphics team crafted 3D logos, whilst our technology partners installed large LED video screens to the front and centre of the structure. (this needs expanding with the content displayed & purpose)
To ensure customer flow was well managed, two reception desks were placed within a large open plan seating area. This area also included a number of integrated screens to facilitate multiple product demonstrations seamlessly.
Frosted glass screens separated 11 meeting rooms of varying sizes plus 2 genius bars. The design incorporated soundproofing to create comfort and discretion within the meeting spaces.
Hidden from view were three service areas including a large kitchen, cloakroom and marketing store.
Our Project Manager worked with the Oracle Marketing Team to ensure the stand was accessorised materials, screens and plating to best reflect the Oracle brand and create a professional finish.
